Postage and Packing

The price of postage and packing within the UK  is £5.45 per order.

For international orders please contact us using the contacts form with your country, postcode and amount of wigs you would like so that we can find the best shipping rates for you. All orders are securely packed, shipped fully insured with a signed courier service and we aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment for your order.

Returns Policy

Wigs can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of purchase and only if the item is faulty. Venus Wigs are unable to refund or exchange a wig if the buyer decides they no longer want the wig for other reasons.

Please view all available images of a style before completing purchase and understand that images vary depending on light source and styling, many wigs are brushed and lightly styled when worn by a model, mannequin photos are more similar to how the wig will look straight out of its packaging.

A refund or exchange will occur after the wig is returned to us in its original state and with its box and accessories. Any wigs that show signs of wear, are damaged in any way (including smelling of perfume,food, smoke etc) after they have been delivered to the buyer will not be eligible for return. This excludes paper/plastic packaging.

Each wig is inspected both by the manufacturers and again in distribution however should you need to return a faulty wig then don’t hesitate to drop us an email and we will do everything we can to help!
Out of stock items.

We shall endeavour to keep items in stock and to re-stock promptly. If there is particular style you require please use the contact form and we will do all we can to get it to you.

Multiple orders being placed at the same time may result in an incorrect stock reading. In the event of an order being placed where stock is not available a notification email will be sent with the option to either change the order to another style or to be placed on a restock list with our sincerest apologies.
